A program for African America Education will become successful only if the human development aspect becomes the base for such programs and schemes.
First of all, the premise of education or human learning is a cultural process; especially in communities which have faced social and cultural oppression in the past needs to be understand. The aim of the African America Education should be able to help the students to connect with the prior knowledge of the community as well as integrate with the cultural differences of the present. The research has established that most of the experiences of the students of these communities are based in poverty and ethnicity.
